Reve would be a good partner. I don't have Baldr. but Reve applies blaze.

Doesnt it reset if it kills? Are you killing with it?

Cooldown is only reset when the skill defeats a monster that already has Blaze.

The skill description reads that it gives "100% chance of resetting cooldown"--wouldn't this mean that it should never be on cooldown?

Yet here I am, still on cooldown. And yes I have it maxed.

Is Baldr's S3 bugged?
