How to not throw up from kratom

This is the third time I’ve gotten violently ill after drinking kratom. My first time made sense because I had never tried it before, and I accidentally took like 10 grams. That was several months ago and I recently ordered more kratom. The second time was when this new kratom came two days ago, that evening I drank some more.

I used a regular silverware spoon and just put a few spoonfuls in the water and chugged it. I might’ve taken more later I don’t remember but I puked several times after. Probably drank too much again, no big deal

Now what I don’t understand is I threw up this morning after having not that much, but it was on an empty stomach so maybe that’s why. And due to anxiety I often have trouble eating unless I smoke weed. Usually after vomiting from Kratom I feel absolutely fine after, but it’s been like 2 hours since I last vomited and I still feel a bit ill and very dizzy.

Now you may say “you’re taking too much” but if I only take a little I don’t feel it. So I was wondering if any of you know a way to not get sick. Last night I combined it with weed and didn’t get sick, maybe I should only drink it when I smoke?
