Value of being able to perform an FCE?

Two weeks ago my manager approached and asked if I was interested in being trained to complete FCE’s for the work comp population. Our clinic wants to start completing these to further assist in providing comprehensive care for this population. I agreed and she said we can work out the details later. I know I would be reimbursed for classroom time which is fairly extensive but I was thinking this would be a good skill to negotiate a pay raise for. I am relatively new in the field, and would like to hear back from some of you guys. Thanks in advance.
