Will I need new referrals if I switch medicaid plans?

Medicaid, IL.

My current plan is exclusive to my county and I'm unexpectedly moving to a new county next month, and thus, I'll have to switch insurance plans. I don't know who I'll be switching to yet so I can't call the provider to ask...

I just received an ophthalmologist referral from my eye doctor, and may be receiving another type of referral from my primary doctor next week.

Assuming that the specialists I'm referred to are also covered under whatever my new plan is, am I going to need a new referral from referring doctors in their network?
