Can't use or format my USB flash disk

When i try to format it in either exfat or ntfs, which are the two option available, i just get an error message saying it can't be done.

But when I do, i don't come further than the "create par primary" part at 3:25

I get an error message saying (translated from norwegian): "No free space available for use. There may not be enough free space to create a specified size partition and with the specified offset. Specify other size and offset values, or do not specify these values to create a maximum size partition. The disk may be partitioned with the MBR format for disk partitioning, and the disk may contain either 4 partitions (you cannot create multiple partitions) or 3 primary partitions and an extended partition (you can only create logical drives)."

I looked in the comment section, some people had this problem too but nobody offered a solution
