What play in 14 is the most satisfying when it works?

I gotta say, a long TD run or just a long run off a dive play up the middle or a run where the guard pulls and leads to a long run makes me satisfied as hell. Especially since running is harder when you’re on heisman with sliders stacked against you. What do you think is the most satisfying play in this game?

Always love when I bring in the FB on a dive and he breaks out a huge run. Or just a really well-executed screen pass

i believe it’s called Fight Song Sweep. if your receiver holds their block long enough for you to get around them it’s an insta TD. absolutely cheese when you have blocking WR

Fight Song itself is absolute cheese. Get a fast TE and it's the easiest play against the CPU

the fight song pass is so cheesy. i never get fewer than 7 yards on it.

Even if the LB covers the TE the slot receiver will be open on his cut. And sometimes even if the LB covers the TE he gets open downfield when his route shifts. That play and the triple option switch out the full house pistol are the easiest plays against the cpu

What formation? I have had the game since release and never seen/heard of this play!

Yeah run play for sure option runs are too easy, but a handoff is pretty difficult to break free off of. Also Pick 6.

Sacking the QB when he tries to keep the ball on a read option. Been burned so many times, I've learned to just strafe with a lineman/linebacker and wait for him to run into you.

Same goes for calling a blitz and the defense penetrates the O-line perfectly.

I just started a new dynasty with Stanford, cruised through my non conference games, my first conference game was Arizona. I was down 7 with 4 minutes to go and Khalil Tate through back to back pick sixes. That was probably my all time most satisfying sequence

I love running "Stick" and hot routing my HB to the side where the WR is hitching on the outside and then waiting for my HB to come up field enough to lateral the ball to him and having him break a big play.

Second mention would be a WR screen (whether it be a smoke screen or the one where he runs to the middle of the field).

Third would be a jet sweep! Really hit or miss. Either going for 10 or -4 lol.

Fourth would be a wild cat pass.

Fifth (and final) would be slot post when you hit "A" as he hits his break.

Love ALL these plays.

Are you out here running hook n ladders? That's outstanding.

Lol basically but not to the same extent as Boise State did in '07. I can post a vid later about what I'm talking about!

Using FG Block Return and scoring easy TD's on short field goals

I absolutely love hitting a post against cover 2. Probably the best feeling in the game for me.

Triple option when the pitch read plays the RB.

When you're running spread, with an offset HB, Wr set 2x2, and you call a simple HB Dive.

If you break free on that with great blocking from the line and WR, its so sastifying to break down the field for a long TD.

That or a long TD off an I-formation Counter

HB Counter, when your guard sticks the block on the pull and the running back breaks free into open space. Man, I love it.

Flood out of any of the trips formations when the safety jumps the out route and you hit the go over the top

HB Stretch out of I-Form Twins, when the defense is in man and leave the wide side of the field open, if your Guard nails his blocks you can just glide through the hole

jeremy_jdavj•

Apologies, it’s the FB who lead blocks on that play

PA inverted veer; get that receiver open downfield and it’s beautiful

I guess not really a play in the sense that you’re talking about, but a kick return touchdown is super satisfying for me. Just seeing the blocking line up and the space and then breaking down the sideline or up the middle and you know you’re going all the way by the time you hit the 50 if you’re running down the sideline.

Edit:spelling

Play Action is my go to.

So, when you KNOW the MLB is blitzing up the gut and your LG blows his assignment and Bam!, he clocks you as the QB and you roll out of the sack and toss a 50+ yard TD.
