Will someone keep this sub in the loop for those of us who aren’t facebookers?

I will! I did the first one and am FB and INsta friends with Jess.

Thanks! I am local and would love to participate. Learned the final movements just last night, a little late for yesterday’s virtual flash mob, but I want to put them to use!

I did the first movement for yesterday’s flashmob but am still relearning the rest. Where are you located? I live by the NJ shore

I posted a separate post with the invite to the flashmob group

Thanks for helping out. All I see though is another FB link. Someone needs to post the actual details here for those of us who don’t use FB. Just the date and location, I will be there!

Oh my god that so sweet though to do it in the directions of the shootings...spreading faith and love to them

I know. That’s making me a little misty eyed. I love us. ❤️

I know this flashmob may happen sooner than this, but I’ll be in NYC in early November! I’d love to be a part of it! I spent all last night learning the movements.

As much as I deeply love The OA and want it to return, and support any attempts to make that happen, trying to associate it with real world mass shootings in El Paso/Dayton just feels a little cheap.

Like, we all deeply connect with the show, but it has absolutely nothing to do with the El Paso shooting and to associate a flash mob campaign to save a tv show with a racially-motivated mass shooting that killed over 20 people just doesn't feel right.

I think the first flashmob was something about spreading positivity towards Trump Tower which got a lot of flack. That wasn’t really my intention but I wasn’t the organizer. I can see your point.
