Blork's Propylhexedrine HCl Tek 1.0

Hello! Before we begin you should know this is a tek requiring lab equipment that can be a bit pricey for some. However, I assure you, if you follow my steps you will end up with beautiful 90% + pure and efficiently extracted Propylhexedrine HCl which can be taken orally and vaporized. As I discover easier/more cost effective ways to complete the objective this guide will be updated. Here is what the final product should look like when scraped off,

Objective: Converting propylhexedrine freebase into HCl salt and removing the menthol and lavender oils from the Benzedrex cotton to yield propylhexedrine crystals.

Materials:

• 4ml of 12 M Hydrochloric acid (12 M is 32-36% concentration, do NOT inhale HCl fumes, handle with care).
• 1 Erlenmeyer flask 500ml (The solution will be made in here but do not apply heat to an Erlenmeyer flask).
• 1 Florence flask 500ml (This is what the solution will be poured in to evaporate faster on a hot plate).
• Electric hot plate (Isopropyl alcohol is flammable and must be boiled away in a well ventilated area).
• 1 Rubber Stopper (Propylhexedrine freebase is volatile which means you lose product while the cotton is exposed).
• 1 500ml Separatory Funnel (This will be used in the process where the lavender and menthol is removed).
• 50ml of VM&P Naphtha
• 6 Benzedrex Cottons.
• 100ml of 70% Isopropyl Alcohol.
• Safety Goggles
• Latex Gloves
• 300ml of distilled water.
• 1 Plastic Funnel
• Beaker
• Pipette

Procedure:

1. Warm up 200ml of distilled water and pour it into your Erlenmeyer flask.
2. Cut up the 6 Benzedrex cottons and add it to the Erlenmeyer flask.
3. Add 100ml of 70% Isopropyl alcohol.
4. Place rubber stopper on Erlenmeyer flask and shake vigorously for 15 minutes.
5. Bring another 100ml of distilled water to a boil and pour it into the Erlenmeyer flask.
6. Put the stopper back on then shake vigorously for another 15 minutes. The cotton should be clumping together.
7. Remove the cotton clump and squeeze out absolutely every last bit of liquid into the Erlenmeyer flask.
8. Add 4ml of 12 M Hydrochloric Acid (A dense fog will rise, do not put the stopper on the flask during this.)
9. Gently mix the contents of the flask for about 5 minutes.
10. Once the fog is gone place the stopper on and wait 1 hour.
11. Pour 250ml of the solution into your 500ml separatory funnel, make sure it is closed.
12. Pour 50ml of Naphtha into the separatory funnel then close and shake for 5 minutes.
13. Let settle for 20 minutes while the Naphtha will rise to the top while the solution sinks to the bottom.
14. Turn the stop-cock and isolate the solution into the Florence flask taking care not to get any Naphtha in it.
15. Repeat step 11 using the same 50ml Naphtha already in the separatory funnel.
16. Repeat steps 13-14 then place the Florence flask on the hotplate at medium heat.
17. Allow the hotplate to boil away most of the water but leave some to avoid burning the HCl salt.
18. Pour the solution into a glass dish with a big surface area.
19. Allow the solution to dry completely in the sun.
20. Scrape the crystals at the bottom and enjoy!

Warning: HCl crystals will be more potent than the cotton due to a more accurate dose so start with around 100mg orally. Do not flush used Naphtha down the drain, store somewhere safe.
