Hi /r/leagueoflegends! I'm looking for an old League of Legends video on Youtube. Maybe you can help?

The video in question was released around christmas of either 2013 or 2014. The video featured the winter version of Summoner's Rift and gave various christmas greetings through League references.
The few things I remember from the video which might help to identify it are:
-A scene with Nasus and the narrator singing "silent lane... silent lane" (parody of silent night).
-A scene with Mordekaiser winning multiple fights and a song going "Feliz Mordekaiser... Feliz Mordekaiser... Feliz Mordekaiser es numero uno huehuehuehuehue" (parody of Feliz Navidad).

I've tried searching for the video many times and I've always come up emptyhanded.
If you think you know which video I'm referring to, please post a link or anything that might help! :)
