Not 87 slayer yet, wondering if it's worth ranging or meleeing vorkath with a rune cbow or dragon sword for an early assembler to use at zulrah or hoping for a blowpipe drop for the other way around. 81/91/80 melee, 84 ranged.

Vorkath is pretty easy with salve and void. Just use rcb with ruby and diamonds, pray range. 50 kills won't be too bad
Void or dhide? I figured the accuracy bonus would be more important because of landing ruby specs

Void is very slightly more dps but it's a pretty minimal difference.
dhide is better if you don't have rigour or a DWH. If you have either of those elite void is better.
This isn't true when using salve, since the effect stacks.
I have run the dps calcs on this in the spreadsheet a few times. Void is much less accurate than dhide without the lower defense of a dwh or the stacking effect with rigour. The extra damage makes up for it some, but overall dhide beats it out by a little bit. Also dhide has better defensive stats too so it is overall better.
I am perfectly willing to be shown I am wrong on this if you show the dps calculator with a void setup better than black dhide without rigour or a dwh hit. But when I have run it dhide wins out.
I'm assuming you don't have hasta? If you do I'd melee Vork with hasta.
i’d get assembler with rcb void first, since its a guaranteed drop at 50kc anyways, which isnt that much. bp isnt guaranteed so could take much longer to get that

Get your assembler with a rcb, then wait on vorkath for later.
If you don’t have a trident yet I’d do vorkath first. I did it with 85 range and rcb, wasn’t too bad.
