well, I can't very well ride it anywhere else (often, at least)!

And dont stop for cops. First time its just about 15€, second time they stop you without a second brake its 100€+ and the bike is gone for good.

Fixed backwheel counts as brake. He'll be fine.

It doesn't (in Berlin). The third stop and they will confiscate the bike. I am in a massive telegram group (1200 ppl) for real time fahrradkontrolle info :-)

Two independent brakes are necessary. What counts as a brake isn't defined (as far as I know ! So please let me know if I'm wrong because I ride front brake only in berlin aswell haha)

That was a tall 1" pink spacer from Chris King, but it was from back when the pink color was a limited "Pretty & Strong" release.

Yeah, that was the frameset. I had sold a Time fork that would have fit and allowed a brake, so I wound up finding a chromed steel fork with v-brake mounts to use when I was riding on the road.

It was hard enough finding a flash fork with more than 250mm steerer left...I don't think I'll ever find a track flash fork!

Fix the seat angle, other besides that front brake looks dope! I guess the brake is there since Berlin has strict policy on brakeless bicycles?
