Need help identifying a part
I had this bot as a kid circa 1996-2000 in Europe and have been trying to identify it from memory for nigh a decade now; not having been able to find it on any of the sites listing them by theme/color. Luck would have it that during my pre-moving cleanup I found an arm part of the bot, with a little luck someone will recognize it and be able to tell me where its from. There is a good chance its not an official transformer which might be why I havent been able to find it in the lists.
Here are both sides of the arm part I found: https://imgur.com/a/xKWyddU
it was part of a construction (or traffic) themed bot, mostly all over the same color as the arm.
I'd be psyched if anyone can solve this for me =)

It doesn't look like it's an actual Transformer part, but I could be wrong. Going off of the red wheels and pin axle I thought maybe MC toys which was a knock off VERY generic transformer toy sold here in the states in the late 80s early 90s, they were "pull back" and came with little removable motors, the wheels look similar...but I couldn't find one like yours. I checked thru my go-bots list as well....no go.
It's tough to find it by just the arm, especially since many of the European g1 and g2 etc had repaints etc
