Coffee fan but roasting noob

My family is a coffee family. We own a large plantation in Nicaragua where we grow 3 different beans. I am going to begin importing beans to the states and selling them but I want to explore roasting them myself as I think it will both help me maintain the quality of the product and help bolster the single source branding that I am creating for this coffee. I have been told one of our varietals is Maragogipe.

What are some good resources for looking up what temps/roasts work for this bean as well as botanical references that might help in the cultivation later on.

My family has only sold domestically until now. The coffee is currently growing at approximately 6,500 ft of altitude.

I would like to find a good small but commercial grade roaster but the ones I've seen are either too big for my current market which is 0 since I am just beginning or too cheap and disposable.
