What show/actor/actress/etc. do you believe should have gotten a Tony but didn't?

Personally, I think Next to Normal was really snubbed for best musical. I am not familiar with Billy Elliot, the musical that did win, and I'm sure its a fantastic musical. However, Next to Normal was an extremely important musical, focusing heavily on mental illness, something that was not common in musicals at the time. Not to mention, it also won a Pulitzer Prize. For such a groundbreaking show, I feel like it deserved best musicals. Now that I'm done, what/who do you think was snubbed for a Tony?
