Setting up Addons for Classic's release?

Hi,

How would I set up Addons ready for Classic release?

I've downloaded addons made for Classic, I tried to set them up on a free server (Vanilla) but they don't work on there. Is there a way to set up addons and adjust them so I can just copy the addon folder knowing that they're all set up and ready to go on launch?
