How could I do this super power.

Hello everyone, I'm not a Gurps expert so I got some questions about a certain power. I'm about to create a character with the power of giving life to innanimate stuffs, like a doll or a clay shaped a human body. This power is similar to the Homunculus spell, but I dont know how to put it into a power. What would you guys do?
