alright I was finally approved for health insurance thru my state! now how do I go about finding a therapist?

I'm pretty inexperienced with how finding a psychiatrist/therapist works, and state-provided insurance for that matter. But I heard I need to call a state agency to set up an appointment to talk with them, and then they find me a therapist based on my needs? I dunno, pls help me thanks
