I don't know if it's the recoil or the movement, but I legitimately can't get a single freaking kill after playing 5 matches.
I'll honestly just wait for the BETA to arrive, because I'm clearly too bad for this mode in particular.

Yeah same. Some games I've gone 7-1 and others I've gone 3-6 lol so aggravating. I feel bad for my teammates to, I don't mean to piss them off but I'm sure it happens.
I'm lucky if I get more than 1 kill in a match. Shits hard
Yeah it's hard, it feels like CoD but in a more real sense it doesn't either. I really enjoy the mode and it's even more fun with friends.
i think it might be because guns actually have a decent amount of recoil in this game. Yeah bo4 has recoil but they made it so damn easy to learn and control the recoil patterns that everyone lasers each other.
The BO4 guns were laser beams lol
I’m reserving my thoughts for the full beta, been using this as a sort of getting used to the game thing
My first 7 or 8 matchs, I was getting trucked. Like 2-8 kind of bad. A few I went 0 for. It was ugly.
I put it down and came back maybe 2 hours later. Suddenly every match I was at least respectable, sometimes getting double digit kills. My aim was better, my instincts started kicking in.
I think it just takes some adjustment time. Nothing in the game is a huge departure from COD, but there's a ton of small details that require getting used to.
Honestly I feel like it's more my fault than the game's. I'm not very good in PvP and I also play mainly on PC now, so my console skills have simply vanished.
I've just uninstalled it now. Just gonna wait for the beta to arrive on PC to get my impressions. No point in getting frustrated over this
I know how you feel but I'd suggest keep playing it unless dying really just causes you to not have fun.
I think a lot of people who are struggling with 2v2 will be 100% fine 6on6 and 10v10.
