Any chance the Hideki can get some love?

Since its already in the game as a carrier pet and all other canon Cardassian ship designs (granted, there are only two) has been covered, is there any chance that the Hideki class scout could be made into a playable ship? either along the lines of a T1 ship or as a raider?
