Is Sette 270 good enough
Hey all,
So I am wondering if the Sette 270 is good enough to produce top notch shots with (using say the gaggia classic pro), compared to the Caedo E37s? I realize the E37s is 3x the price, but wondering how much better the shot is going to be/taste? I cant afford the E37s anytime soon, really cant afford the 270, but would pull the trigger if it is that much better than my current Breville smart grinder for espresso shots. Speaking of.. will my current Breville smart grinder on the espresso setting work decent.. or is the 270 going to produce that much better of grinds and thus a noticeable taste difference and quality?
Also, I am leaning towards Gaggia Classic Pro because price/performance. However, if I could put $1000 or so towards a machine, with the intention of pulling a few shots and some hot water for americanos and possibly some frothing, e.g. if we had a breakfast with family and 5 or 6 people wanted some espresso shots.. what machine is commercial quality in that range and can handle 5, 6 or so drinks back to back without requiring a half hour or so to keep on heating up. With that said, does the Gaggia classic Pro, once heated (about 20 minutes I read), stay heated enough so I can make 5 or 6 shots back to back (within a few minutes apart each maybe)? Or does it cool down and I have to wait another 10 to 20 minutes to pull a few more shots?
