[META] We definitely need to do something with duplicates

Ok I'm not sure why this hasn't been fixed since ages.

Memes keel recurring every few days or weeks and this is disgusting. Can we please make a bot to remove images reposted within last 2 mo?

As a long term subscriber and (probably) everyday reader, recurring memes are DEFINITELY annoying.

I probably have seen the "JavaScript or Java for short" and "I have the same problem sinks" memes at least 65535 times now.

Please do something :(
