Can someone review this CL ad and tell me if this bike sounds good for the price? Pretty new to this, so I can't make a proper judgement.

Here's the ad:

"Soma Smoothie ES (extra smoothie) 54 cm Tange Prestige CrMo steel frame

Wheels: Velocity Aerohead rims, Shimano 105 hubs, supple Grand Bois Lierre tires

9 speed Shimano drivetrain: Ultegra crankset and FD, Altus RD, bar end shifters

Tektro TRP levers, auxiliary levers, and caliper brakes"

Asking price is $700

Thanks!
