Audio stalling and stuttering on YouTube videos whenever there's a chart or still image in a video

anyone else having an issue with stalling when charts or other static images are in a YouTube video?

every time im watching a video with a power point like image the audio will stall on the Chromecast every other sentence.

it's making it impossibe to watch recordings of webinars, computer benchmarks, any history video with a map.

frustrating as hell.
