What’s the most memorable thing that your mom or dad used to say?

"Up the wooden hill to Bedfordshire" when taking me to bed. I find myself using it with my kids quite a lot.

"Pilas ellos" which means "they are the ones who have to be careful" lol my dad thinks that he is always right in trafic. We are on bikes and a car is coming i say careful dad and he answers with that. We are in the car i see a guy in a bike and i say careful he says that lol. Tbh my dad is the best person ever, this is his only big flaw and is hilarious

"Just... be safe."

This was the extent of "the talk" that my dad gave me.
