How and where do I sell illegal contraband?

Black market stations.

So far I found Granite Black Market in Rockfarming system, Loreto in Juarez and Cordell in Hampton. In my opinion Granite has the best overall prices and is very close to Texas and Eureka. Some stations take illegal goods as well but it seems to be random.
