PC makes grinding noise on startup
Everytime I turn on my pc (even after it was suspended) it makes two brief electric noises, followed by a quieter third one. It's always the same pattern, it's been happening since I had the computer. I looked it up on the internet and it says it could be a faulty hard drive, but I have an SSD.

Could be cables too close to fan blades
And could that produce the same noise everytime?
I would just go in and check to see if anything could be touching the fans and if the problem persists then it could be one of the fans itself
I'd also like to ask another question : whenever my pc is powered on, even if turned off, there is an amber light blinking at a very slow pace, I believe coming from the motherboard. Is that normal?
Normal
Generally yes, it takes some effort to move a cable inside a case, a fan blade spinning won’t move it significantly so it should produce the same grinding noise, can you record the event?
How would I upload it for you to see after recording it?
Upload to imgur or something and link it here
