He's shooting very fast, but that's not really the drag shooting he's talking about. There was a vid on it here within the last couple months explaining it, but drag shooting is a technique to combat the tendency to remain scoped in and hover over a target trying to make a shot. Instead, when you're scoped in and you see a target, you drag the crosshairs over the enemy and time the shot for when they overlap. Thus, you get less lingering over shots, you're getting more shots on target, and you scope out and hopefully have better situational awareness.

Looks like an overly complex way to 1) aim, and then 2) fire.

So is dragscoping just a way to say shoot as fast as you can and hope for the best?
