It’s all fun and games until Andrew Yang passes you in the polls....
I feel this tweet is going to age well.
It wasn't really a laugh at the policy itself, but the move Yang did. It's really unprecedented to announce a raffle on an opening speech in a Presidential Debate.
Definitely. Some were shocked in a horrible way. But overall, Yang knew what's up. The ol saying "No such thing as bad publicity" could fall into this.
Now you got the average americans who watched the debates, now exposed to Yang's 100 policies on his site.
The concept of a "raffle" dictates that you have to purchase a chance to win, which is not the case with Yang giving Freedom Dividends.
Please remember we are here as a representation of Andrew Yang. Do your part by being kind, respectful, and considerate of the humanity of your fellow users.

BTW just want to point out the laughing voice after Yang's opening statement was Harris not Klobuchar. It was an untimely camera cut. Watch carefully here at 7:00:

It was quite a blatant laugh. Interested to see if the media spins this for or against Yang.

Her response to "why" she laughed was actually pretty positive.
She's a skilled politician.
