Where to find tachyon lances?
Last game I played I found one in the first market I went to in the core worlds, but now they don't seem to be anywhere.

Research stations are sources of High Tier loot as well as they have a chance to have the Tach lance blueprints.
REDACTED also commonly have them. If again you can take them out.

Alternatively you can use the console command mod and use findItem Tachyton to find if there is any lance being sold. It's much easier to going around hoping a market has it.
Easiest to find a number from research stations, remnants don't really have that many compared to their difficulty.

Get a commission with the TT and sometimes they will be in military bases.

How do I do this?

Go to a TT owned planet and talk to a TT member. Ask to be commissioned.

Being commissioned means you are throwing your lot with them, so you will have a standing hit with other factors, on top of being unable to land on their systems without being molested during war times.

I don't understand how that might help me get tachyon lances tho. Do I find them when I loot stations after a raid?

you can only buy from a factions mil market if commissioned and/or high relations

Tachyon lance can spawn in Tri-tachyon markets with military bases, but usually requires that you have a high standing with them as well as a commission with them. Alternatively you can kill [redacted] fleets, especially one that have large capital ships in them, they drop tachyon lances.

[REDACTED] fleets, TT planets, destoying high tech space station, Research station, and ofc tachyon lance blueprint. You can raid TT planet for blueprint if you are unlucky with exploration.

Remnants have them often... If you can kill them that is
