Summer Rust 2019:Tier V Scratched up scattergat

Project intent: All fancy like this.

Use a cheapo 870 knockoff to create an Elven masterwork shotgun. Engravings inspired by the elven blade Hadafang. Also lots of brass, because brass.

• Removing Protective coating from receiver
• Removing cheap paint from heat shield
• Engraving Reciever
• Mounting crappy Chinese heat shield
• Removing remnant of translucent reflective coating from Nydar optic

Project goals for next round:

• Hot Brass: Reciever, magazine tube, heat shield
• Acquire wood stock set
• Brass wire inlay stock
• Inset googly-eyes and coat with hard epoxy
• Finish restoring Nydar sight either by using lighting gels or by using plasma sputter to deposit metal coating directly to the glass
• Swap rear sight assembly with Nydar.
