Would getting a graduate degree in nutrition and/or exercise phys. have any tangible career benefits?

Pretty much what the title says. I'm currently working on my BSN program so I'm not particularly worried about figuring out graduate level education plans just yet, but this is just something I'm curious about because I've always loved nutrition/exercise physiology; the science behind them, the applicability to daily life/general health/etc. And they're very relevant to the care of the myriad health issues you encounter in the healthcare system. So as someone who would go back and get a graduate level education in these areas of study purely for the knowledge aspect, I was wondering how much actual benefit this would have on career advancement as a nurse or if it would essentially just end up being a pay bump for a higher level of education and some extra knowledge I'd be able to apply in my bedside care? Are there more advanced nursing/healthcare positions that this type of education would open up? Anyways, I appreciate any info. you can give! Also, I live and plan on working in California (in-hospital) if that makes any difference.
