Great list! Some more things:

Unlimited Google drive, Matlab license, library VPN, drop-in use or reservation of individual/group study rooms at Carlson Library, access to the 24 hour study area, IET virtual lab (you can connect to on-campus computers that have software like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)

Most of these discounts work for students as well as staff: https://hr.ucdavis.edu/departments/worklife-wellness/discounts but some aren't super useful so you might want to just throw a link to it under discounts. Hertz Car Rental (company code 72104) is a notable one

Not Davis-specific, but students get 50% off Amazon Prime and an extended free trial, Zipcar membership for $15/year, JUMP bikes $30 for the first year

Yep! It just started this summer. They’ll give you a keychain card and you can use it in addition to your club card.

Matlab is a software package typically used by engineers to do high level mathematics/wonky code shit. I would imagine most people would not care about the license.

The library VPN is a godsend. You will be reading a lot of research papers and you will notice that if you're on the university network you can access them without having to fork over like 80 bucks. The VPN allows you to do that from home by logging into the UCD network. Additionally, the VPN gives you access to a bunch of databases with all sorts of articles/papers/reports, databases which typically cost hundreds to thousands of dollars a year. It's great and generally useful no matter what your major is, and as far as I can tell nobody mentions it to you as a part of your classes until like your 3rd year in at upper division. Hell, I'm in a graduate program and the only reason I know it exists is because I also went here for undergrad.

Thanks for doing this!

One addition: at Gunrock Gaming, the new PC gaming LAN Center in the MU, students pay half the rate of the general public. https://memorialunion.ucdavis.edu/gunrock-gaming

Quick correction. Tuition just covers classes and is set at the UC Office of the President. Student fees are for a lot of the stuff listed and can be voted in by the students themselves.

If you're a student in the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences you also have access to ESRI ArcMap (or you can use the computer in the Shield's Library basement if you're not)
