You get points for accepting deliveries and completing them. They help you get a status (gold, diamond etc). Other factors also help like cancellation and acceptance rate.

Its 100 for Gold 200 for platinum and 400 for diamond here.. Very low demand I guess. No wonder I can't make any damn money
