It didn't necessarily surprise me, mostly I was surprised by the fact that they forgot to remove the floating text icon of the arcade cooldown like they did with the floating text over the premium tank ad that always sits in the background.

IIRC, there was a post a little while back about the forest garage area. I can't remember if the OP used a mod, or had a camera glitch, but I'm pretty sure the hangar was just floating around in the sky somewhere.

and quite often developers will make these kinds of rooms scaled down to save on resources.
Highly recommend people to watch Boundary Break on youtube. Its a series that explores areas that are out of bounds allowing you to see how some games were designed and occasionally it has guest developers answering questions to how they did certain things.
