Oooof very nice, what are the flaws ?

It's a NWBIG so not too many flaws I think. The adjustable part of the bracelet rattles a bit and the bezel has some play to it. I haven't handled a gen but apparently the dial isn't as detailed. Those are the only flaws I can think of off the top of my head.
