Help estimating battery loss for car sitting at 20 degrees.

Trying to figure out if a Model 3 can be used for a trip, I have to leave the car for 24 or so hours out side at a ski resort where it will be around 20 degrees outside. What should I estimate as the range loss for the 24 hours the car is sitting at 20 degrees. Unfortunately, not able to plug in

Ok so say the car sits at -7 C for 24 hours, I have 100 miles of range in sunny sunny weather (,have done a handful of times)

I haven't experienced cold weather with my car yet, but from what I've read, the cold doesn't magically use up range rather it "locks" it until the battery warms up. It takes additional energy to warm up the battery too, so you'll take a double hit if you take shorter trips by having the battery range reduced when you start driving, and then additional energy to bring the pack up to optimal temperature.

I'm sure there are some hacks to making this more manageable, but none will be better than plugging it in, even if it's only 120w/15a.

Ok thank you, that makes sense. I will be leaving the car with about 150 Miles of range left, but will not have any access to plug in for about 24 hours, thinking I just sign up for Triple A and roll the dice. If the car dies I will take pictures and do a public service announcement.
