Is fake lego compatible with real lego?

The end result will be a giant pirate coaster.

• So are knock off lego parts like the one listed compatible with lego. Specifically track?

• Also does anyone know if the smaller lego coaster tracks are compatible with the larger one ?

Once completed I'll add lego motors and mod Leds to bring it to life.
