(15F) should I get medical attention or no?

I have a 3.3 cm by 0.3 cm cut on my left shoulder. It’s pretty deep and refuses to come together when pressure is applied to the edge. The edges are also inflamed. I got the cut via self harm about 2 days ago. What should I do about it? I’m legitimately scared about this, I’ve never cut this deep
