Best tips for improving fps and fps stability for at PC noob?

I have pretty good build as to my knowledge, but my pc seems to be struggeling alot when it come to BFV FPS, compared to alot of other games i play, that is also demanding.

I get mostly 40-50 fps on medium/high in 1080, and i dont really get why, when i see alot of other people getting much higher with similar specs.

I have updated drives and tried alot of things found via google, but i just cant seem to boost my FPS, and it feels like im missing something obvious, any tips?

My specs: Gtx 1060 6GB I7-3770K 3.5 ghz, think i have OC'ed it to 3.9ghz 2 x 4GB 2x8GB RAM DRR3
