The idea here is that a bipolar triangle or sine wave can be shaped into a unipolar signal by multiplying it by itself. This new signal will have twice the frequency and when multiplied again by the original will create something resembling a spike wave. If I invert the spike wave and add it back to the original it creates a fold in the top that reaches back to the middle.
So the thing to do with this example is to sweep the fold knob. You will hear silence, and then the pleasing addition of odd harmonics as the shape of the signal becomes more complex.
I will probably make a drone patch with this later but this is all time permits for today.
