What does the warning say? It could be something like “font is managed by your theme”. Then you have to adjust it there or override it in theme settings to use the default font or vice versa. I know I’ve gotten a warning like that once. I can use font ligatures in idea with Fira code

I use Fira Code font. In PyCharm I can tick "enable font ligatures" and it works. However, in Clion and Idea there is a warning sing beside the checkbox and it's not available. Did anybody encounter same problem?

UPD: Problem solved itself.

Clion and Idea can't enable font ligatures.
