A question for 6s: how do you deal with modern tribal politics?

It seems obvious that America (and the whole western world generally) are more sharply divided by political and tribal affiliations currently then they've been in awhile. There's basic partisanship, red vs blue states, liberal vs conservative, religious vs not, race vs class, and so on...

But 6s have such desire for loyalty and group harmony (unless counter phobic) I often wonder if they feel more obligated to chose sides during these times, especially when traversing various social circles (friends, family, work).

Help me out, I understand 6s the least of all the numbers.
