Wobbling sound coming from right side of car?

Have a 2003 Toyota Avalon and shortly after buying my used car from Toyota dealership I of course hit a dip in the road going about 25-30 (no clash sounds or anything like that) and now when I’m driving I hear what I seem to be a wobbling sound coming from the right side of the car. I checked the weigh on the rims and my back tire does not have a weight. Not sure if it’s unbalanced now or what. But it’s definitely louder when driving, like the road noise is easier to hear.
