People's Love For Drinking Beer Everyday From a Non-alcoholic Perspective
This might seem a bit weird, but this has always been something that has boggled me a bit.
My father (54 years old) has drank beer (Miller lite) nearly every day, minus some occasions, since I was old enough to remember. Around 3-4 beers a night. But, he's doesn't seem to be an alcoholic across any real objective metric. He doesn't even remotely seem reliant on it physically or anything. He can go without it, and during those occasions whenever he didn't have a beer in his hands after work he was fine. He would kind of laugh about missing his beer but that's it.
I've noticed a ton of people like him who fit this weird middle ground of non-alcoholic and someone who just likes beer, and it always has sort of peaked me and he can't really give me a straight answer as to why. He just loves beer.
Does anyone else fit this criteria who can share some insight?
This probably sounds weird or dumb, and might spawn the response of, "he just loves beer you dumbass!" But, there's gotta be more to it that I just simply don't understand lol.
