Monitors question

So I just set up my new monitors and I also got a docking station for work. I have 2 monitors hooked up to the docking station- both 60hz 1080p. My 3rd monitor is a 144hz 1080p and it is connected to my graphics card (1060 6gb)

Is there any reason why when I connect the docking station my 3rd monitor defaults back to 60hz? Is this supposed to happen or is there a way to fix it? Is this just the way my gfx card is saying it can't handle all that?
