asian girl trying to apply for bio major w/o bio ecs

hi im a junior and i recently really got into bio and med stuff i really want to apply as a bio major but i currently have no ecs related to bio or anything science related?? what should i do? some tips/advice would help!! also do stem majors really need stem ecs?
