A couple of newbie BB question

43 year old guy here, 6’4”/247, former military, currently working in the maritime industry in a management position but I do still go on deck to work with/evaluate/audit the guys. Have lifted since my teen years (love lifting!). Found TB because I like the simplicity, clear programming, and the way cardio conditioning is incorporated. It seems to be a well rounded program. The MS component I have no questions about- I was born and raised in Bulgaria and I have lifted for strength like that in my teen years, this works. But SE is kind of new to me. Question 1- I have picked 6 exercises for the SE cluster (pounds in parentheses). Barbell Bench press (65), barbell row(65), OHP(2x20), dumbbell RDL(2x20), back squat(65), dumbbell shrugs(2x30). My gym is pretty busy so I don’t think it’s feasible to hoard all that equipment. Can I structure the cluster a bit differently and do three supersets. I just did today three supersets of BP and the barbell row, then did OHP and RDLs as a supersets, and then did the squats and shrugs. Is that ok? Question 2: Just did my first SE workout. I know that it’s my first day and it’s only 20 reps per set... but I feel pretty damn fresh and can’t stop thinking a fighter template is too little! Can I do Monday/Wednesday/Friday SE instead of only two days? Will that be too much. Cardio is not a problem- for a big guy I do have decent cardio fitness. Thank you in advance guys!
