Trixie and Phyllis are my favorite characters

I feel like both characters don’t look how they act. For instance, Trixie is beautiful and her character could have easily been stuck up or self absorbed, and Phyllis looks like she could be mean and curmudgeonly, but they are both very sweet, caring and highly skilled characters.
