Ceramic coating or Sealant?

Have a like new car, needs minor paint correction and clay bar.

I'm not a pro, but bit the bullet, have a pressure washer, all supplies/tools including a griot's polisher.

I'm debating on applying DIY ceramic or use a sealant like Turtle Wax spray ICE sealnnshine. I live on the EC so winter is coming.

Would love any opinions or feedback as to which is better or pro's and con's, also any product recommendations, I'll be doing decom and polishing so I'll have the option of one or the other...
