Build for Dad (Part 2)

I made a post last week asking for help with a computer that I'm building with my dad. I got some feedback, made some changes, and I'm looking to get final criticisms on the build. Any advice is hugely appreciated.

From the previous post: He's looking to try some gaming with with AAA titles on 1440p, but its main purpose will be CPU heavy stuff (e.g., video editing and running virtual machines) while running dual 1440p extra long monitors. He already has 2 1tb SSD's and a windows key, so those don't need to be included in the price. His max budget is $1.8k, and he won't be overclocking.
